Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for borewell machine gearboxes, integrating both digital marketing (paid search, SEM, SEO) and traditional marketing tactics (trade shows, events, and public relations) to drive brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Optimize the website and content for SEO, enhancing search rankings, and create traditional marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and technical manuals to ensure consistent messaging across digital and physical channels.
Leverage digital channels like paid social media advertising, Google Ads, and email marketing to target key decision-makers in the borewell machinery sector, while also managing public relations to increase brand awareness in industry publications and through media outlets.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush, while also conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the borewell industry.
Manage the regional marketing budget, optimizing digital advertising spend and allocating resources to traditional marketing efforts such as events and trade shows, ensuring a balance between online and offline strategies for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales collateral, customer loyalty programs, and referral initiatives, using both digital assets (e.g., landing pages, email campaigns) and offline materials to support lead generation and customer retention in the borewell machinery market.
Field visits should be done monthly 3-6 times in Northern Part of India. During field visits all the facilities had been facilitated from the company with good environment
( Flight travel, food, accommodation)
Following up orders and meeting the customer satisfaction with timely delivery of products.
Enquiries to customers regarding Gearbox and supporting them from end to end.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM
Preferences:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Languages known: Tamil, English, Hindi( Must)
• Additional languages also more preferable.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Willingness to travel
• Experience: 5 – 8 Years
Salary : 3,60,000 – 4,80,000 per annum + Incentive
