SMS MDD 400

SMS MDD 400 is a Blast Hole Rotary head Gearbox used for Minerals and Metal Mining. SMS MDD 315 Gearbox is Mounted on 25-30 Ton Excavator. The SMS MDD 400 Gearbox is a specialised drilling solution designed for drilling for blasting in medium and large scale mines. It drills holes with a diameter of 200 mm to 250 mm, withstanding pull-down force of 16,000 kg. It supports both DTH and Rotary drilling methods.
The Gearbox bearing housing is moulded together with gearbox housing to withstand vibration on the bearings holders. can be attached with SMS SA50 Shock absorber for damping vibration that goes to the gearbox.
